SOUL WINNING
Jesus told us in the great commission, “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”
At Strait Gate Bible Church we believe that it is every believers duty to share the gospel. This task is not just for the pastor, but rather for every born again believer. The bible says that “if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost”. We should not hide the gospel from anyone.
Jesus sent the disciples out two by two into the towns and villages. We see where God tells us to go out into the highways and the hedges. He looked out with compassion on the people and said the fields are whit unto harvest, but the labourers are few. We are praying God would send labourers that we might reach as many people with the gospel before his return.
We have regular scheduled times where we pair up a go out to reach people with the Gospel. This gives you an opportunity to do what God has called us all to do, lead others to Him.
Don’t worry if you are not experienced, we will put you with someone that is and you can just be a silent partner and learn. Everybody has to start somewhere! We also offer a class on Saturday mornings to help train soul winners, it’s called the “Fishers of Men”. Come join us at one of our scheduled times!

Matthew 4:19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.
We offer a class on Saturday mornings where we train other to become soul winners. If you have never given the gospel and feel intimidated, then this is the calss for you. We go over the plan of salvation and how to present it. We go over different scenarios that may occur and how to handle them. The Fisher of Men program is designed to help you become a hundred fold soul winner! Once we finish our lesson, we then put what we have learned into practice and go out two by two. We hope to see you there Saturday mornings at 10am.
